A surveying business is capped by geography, not skill.

We do one thing. We get land surveyors more of the right work, and we take one firm per territory so it stays that way.

We do one thing

We only work with land surveying firms. A generalist agency learns your trade on your invoice; we already know that a boundary survey and an ALTA survey are searched for by different people for different reasons, and we build for that. Every page, every call, every form is set up for how surveying work is actually found.

What it did for S&S Land Surveying

S&S Land Surveying works out of Cedartown, Georgia, population about ten thousand. Before we rebuilt their site they were getting about 10 quote requests a month through the website, by their count. The new site went live on April 16.

In the four full months since: 65 quote requests a month on average through the website, 91 in August, and month over month it has only gone one direction.

Add the Google Ads calls we run alongside the site, counting only the ones that lasted a full minute, and it was 156 leads last month. Across the four months, about 1 in 7 quote requests became a booked job.

How it works

Three things, done properly and kept running.

We build the site for how surveying work is found.Pages by survey type, written for the people who order them.
Every call and every form is tracked.Nothing about your leads is guessed. You see what arrived and where it came from.
Your territory is real geography. For S&S, 90% of leads land within 48 miles of the office, so the map is drawn around where your work actually comes from.

For the first months we run a small ad bridge alongside the site so the phone rings while rankings build. Once organic carries the load, it steps back.

One client per territory

Leads fall off with distance. Two surveying firms in one territory would be taking work from each other, so we take one. That is not a limitation we tolerate, it is the point: the surveyor who does the best work in a territory should be the one getting the most business, and our job is to make that true.

Where we work

Across the Southeast. Georgia first. When a territory is taken, it is taken.
